• Any additional requests or mid-stay cleaning services will incur an extra charge/fee.
  • Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 150 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night’s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
  • Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.
