Other things to note

Any additional requests or cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.
• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 150 AED which applies from 11:00 AM up until 1:00 PM, after 1:00 PM guests will be charged a full night’s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay.
• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.
• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
• We are a holiday homes not a hotel.
