Other things to note
➤ Guests are required to send copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is mandatory/necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with building security and front desk concierge to allow you access. It is also mandatory as we must register each guest with the Dubai Tourism Authorities.

➤ Please remember to return all keys, access cards, remotes in good condition when you check out. If a key / card / remote gets lost or taken, there will be a replacement fee of AED 1,000 per card.

➤ Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

➤ If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

➤ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

➤ Additional in-stay cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge of AED 200.

➤ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
